Rates

Cottages approximate rental rates for 2025 are shown here, contact us for 2026 prices or check the calendar.

The properties are only available to rent together as a single holiday let.

Weekly rates are available Friday to Friday [7 nights].

Short breaks are available either from Friday to Monday [3 nights] or mid week from Monday to Friday [4 nights].

Arrival time is from 4pm on the first day and departure time is by 10am on the final day.

Prices start from:

* Price Per Person is per. night, at full occupancy (14) for 7 nights without sofa beds (additional 2 people).

Rental includes all reasonable usage of gas, electricity, central heating, water, towels, and bedlinen for made up beds (please request extra bed linen if required for the sofabeds).

We accept well behaved dogs, with prior agreement & conditions, at a one off cost per dog of £25 to cover the extra cleaning/ wear & tear.

• We require a 30% deposit by bank transfer to secure the booking.

• We ask for the remaining balance 9 weeks prior to the rental, along with a security deposit of £200 which covers any significant damage/breakages or late departure. This security deposit is returnable by bank transfer within 10 days of the end of the rental.

Camping nightly rates 2025 (per pitch including 2 people) are shown below.  Each pitch is for one tent only.  

Under 5's go free, extra children (6-17) £6, extra adults (18+) £8, per night on top of the £20 pitch fee.  Max 5 people per tent/pitch.  If you have more than 1 tent, please book a pitch per tent.

Arrival time is from 12pm on the first day and departure time is by 11am on the final day.

Rental includes usage of; wheel barrow (when available) for transporting belongings to camping pitches from car park, toilet block with shower and washing up facilities within walking distance. Fire pits are provided.

We accept well behaved dogs if kept under control and all foul is collected and disposed of in the bins provided.

Boy John & Hannah 2025 rental rates shown here. 

Arrival time is from 3pm on the first day and departure time is by 11am on the final day.  ​

Rental includes usage of; wheel barrow (when available) for transporting belongings to the boat from car park, toilet block with shower and washing up facilities within walking distance. A fire pit is provided.

PLEASE NOTE THAT BEDDING, LINEN & TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED, SO GUESTS MUST BRING ALL BEDDING INCLUDING PILLOWS, DUVETS, SHEETS & TOWELS ETC.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not currently have any moorings laid, but we have the rights to a few, so get in touch to discuss pricing and possibilities of laying a mooring.  Purchased mooring life expectancy is 4/5 years.
